Works at a hospital or other healthcare facility; may follow patients throughout the span of their treatment and travel to different doctors' offices, hospitals or a patient's home.

  • $20/billable hour Associates/Pre-licensed (Completed Masters working on hours)
  • $35/billable hour
LPC/LCSW/LMFT
  • $70/billable hour Paid admin time ($17 hour) Flexible scheduling with autonomy over your calendar.
Hybrid work opportunities (in-person and/or virtual). Comfortable, fully furnished office space for in-person sessions (after 3 PM on weekdays and weekends all day) Access to HIPAA compliant EHR and Telehealth platform provided Professional profile on the practice website Advertising, Psychology Today and other marketing platforms to help fill your caseload Individual clinical supervision for associates provided by a qualified supervisor at no additional cost. Weekly case consultation and collaborative clinical support. Credentialing with insurance providers, billing is done for you (Licensed clinicians) Potential to grow with the company Qualifications and what we are looking for: Intern, ASW, AMFT, APCC, LCSW, LMFT, LPCC Eligible to provide psychotherapy in California and meet all applicable Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) requirements. Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, treatment planning, and documentation skills. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building abilities. Demonstrated professionalism, ethical decision-making, and commitment to client confidentiality. Passion for helping individuals and couples achieve meaningful therapeutic change. Curious, growth-oriented clinician who is committed to continually improving clinical skills. Self-motivated and willing to actively participate in building and maintaining a thriving caseload. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a supportive clinical team. Available to work evenings and/or weekends
