Job Description

Helen Ross McNabb Center seeks a Knox BRIDGES Master's Level Liaison to support adults and families navigating behavioral health and social challenges. In this client-facing role, you will complete clinical assessments, develop individualized care plans, and coordinate services across McNabb programs and community partners. The liaison provides brief therapeutic support, crisis intervention, and referrals while promoting recovery, stability, and independent living. You will work within a mission-driven, collaborative team focused on compassionate, trauma-informed care for vulnerable populations in East Tennessee. Responsibilities Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop person-centered service plans for clients in the BRIDGES program. Serve as primary liaison among clients, families, Mc Nabb clinical teams, and community partners to coordinate care. Provide brief therapeutic interventions, crisis support, and referrals to appropriate behavioral health and social services. Monitor client progress, document services in EHR, and maintain timely, accurate clinical records. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support continuity of care and successful transitions between levels of service. Educate clients and families on mental health, recovery resources, and available community supports. Participate in case staffing, supervision, and required trainings to maintain best practices and compliance. Advocate for client needs while upholding agency policies, ethical standards, and trauma-informed care principles.
