In this vital role, you will oversee the management of personal injury cases from inception through resolution, ensuring all client needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. Your expertise will help facilitate seamless communication between clients, medical providers, insurers, and legal professionals, contributing to positive case outcomes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your legal support skills in a fast-paced environment committed to client advocacy and justice. Responsibilities Coordinate and manage personal injury cases by gathering medical records and relevant documentation Communicate effectively with clients to gather case information, provide updates, and address concerns. Assist attorneys with patient care questions or concerns. Maintain case management systems to track treatment and appointments. Skills Strong knowledge of personal injury. Proficiency in legal case management. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Effective communication skills for client and patient interaction. Creating email and phone etiquette. Bilingual a MUST by writing and speaking. Testing will be required as well. Join us in making a meaningful difference by helping medically managing patients care.
