Job Description

Tiger Analytics is an advanced analytics consulting firm. We are the trusted analytics partner for several Fortune 100 companies, enabling them to generate business value from data. Our consultants bring deep expertise in Data Science, Machine Learning, and AI. Our business value and leadership have been recognized by various market research firms, including Forrester and Gartner. We are seeking an experienced Lead - MDM to join a managed engagement, specifically focused on Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives. This role requires a Subject Matter Expert who possesses deep domain knowledge in the Medical Devices or Pharmaceutical industry and a proven track record of successfully navigating and delivering MDM projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Requirement Analysis & Documentation:
Translate complex business needs into detailed functional specifications for Master Data Management (MDM) solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Domain Expertise Application:
Leverage deep subject matter expertise in the Medical Devices and Pharmaceutical industries to guide MDM strategy, process design, and data modeling.
Data Governance & Quality:
Define and enforce data standards, business rules, and quality metrics to ensure master data integrity across the enterprise.
Stakeholder Liaison:
Act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and technical/IT implementation teams, facilitating clear communication and requirement validation.
Process Optimization:
Analyze current state data processes and design improved workflows for data creation, maintenance, and distribution.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure MDM processes and data handling practices adhere to industry-specific regulatory requirements pertinent to the Medical Devices and Pharma sectors.
Project Delivery Support:
Collaborate effectively within a managed engagement environment, supporting a cross-functional team of 10+ members to deliver MDM project milestones.
Data Profiling & Gap Analysis:
Conduct thorough data profiling to identify inconsistencies, duplicates, or quality issues and propose actionable remediation strategies. Leverage deep understanding of Life Sciences data ecosystems, including Veeva, IQVIA (PlanTrak, LAAD, PE, Xponent), and Real-World Data sources such as TriNetX, Flatiron, Optum, and Komodo. Lead and oversee analytics initiatives involving patient, claims, sales, CRM, market research, and commercial datasets within the Life Sciences domain.
Requirements Experience:
Minimum of 10+ years of professional experience.
Domain Expertise:
Strong domain expertise in Medical Devices or Pharma is required.
Technical Focus:
