Maintain data dictionaries, data management plans, and standard operating procedures. Ensure the integrity, security, and confidentiality of data throughout the data lifecycle. Manage data imports, exports, merges, and transfers between systems. Develop routine and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and data visualizations. Prepare statistical summaries and performance metrics. Support program evaluation, quality improvement initiatives, and outcomes assessments. Collaborate with investigators and research staff to support study design, data collection, and analysis. Conduct data quality reviews and prepare datasets for publication and presentation. Participate in manuscript preparation, abstracts, and research presentations as appropriate. Ensure compliance with VA, VHA, HIPAA, federal, and local policies governing data management and security. Provide consultation regarding data collection methods, reporting capabilities, and data interpretation.
