Minimum Qualifications:
Associate Degree in Information Technology or related technology/medical records degree or equivalent experience Working knowledge of personal computers, MS Office, etc. Ability to carry out complex analyses of related data from various electronic subsystems

BS Degree in Information Technology or Computing with hospital experience Working knowledge of
EPIC Responsibilities:
Performs complex analysis regarding EMPI process/procedure, implementing process improvement initiatives to reduce data inaccuracies. Facilitates duplicate medical record creation rate reduction initiatives by providing timely, accurate, and refined reports to Patient Access, HIM, and other vested parties across the organization. Reliably and efficiently identifies overlays and confirms accurate demographic and clinical information for each patient.
