Organization:
SHSO-Sutter Health System Office-Bay Position Overview:
A majority of this role's duties will occur onsite within the Silicon Valley area, with some availability to work remotely from a home office. Serves as the resource for digital workflows across the Sutter Health application suite. Provides support to all Sutter clinical employees in the use of electronic health record (eHR) and other technologies, including eHR onboarding and training, and proficiency maintenance and enhancement. Assists with new eHR functionality, go-live support in all regions and upgrades, and applies best practices and experience to effectively address complex clinical/technical issues in diverse healthcare delivery environments.

EDUCATION
Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma. Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Pay Range is $43.34 to $65.00 / hour The compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled. Total compensation considers multiple factors, including, but not limited to a candidate's experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs.
