Job Description

Primary Responsibilities Develop and design clinical evaluation and component studies, ensuring scientific validity and alignment with program objectives Provide strategic input and hands-on development support for clinical plans and individual study protocols Develop statistical analysis plans and perform preliminary and exploratory data analysis of completed clinical trials Participate in the development and maintenance of clinical operating guides and ensure secure, audit-ready study file management Assist in the evaluation and integration of equipment, reagents, quality control materials, and other resources utilized within clinical chemistry workflows Review findings from equipment and materials evaluations with appropriate management prior to implementation Support regulatory submissions and documentation by contributing clinical data analysis and study summaries Qualifications Undergraduate or graduate degree in Biology, Medicine, Health Sciences or related field, with strong academic record Exposure to basic sciences/clinical research Excellent oral and written communication skills, self-motivation, and ability to adapt within a dynamic environment Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation; however, reasonable accommodations will be provided for qualified individuals with disabilities unless doing so would impose undue hardship.
