Job Description

In this role, you'll partner closely with operations and clinical teams to support Epic adoption, workflow improvement, and use of clinical technology.
Your day-to-day work will include:
Providing one-on-one and group coaching to clinicians on EpicCare Ambulatory and related clinical technologies Facilitating classroom and group training sessions for new and existing nurses and providers Assessing knowledge gaps and clinical workflows, and implementing targeted learning and improvement interventions to improve efficiency and reduce administrative burden Evaluating clinical workflows and providing recommendations to improve efficiency and alignment with Epic and other clinical systems Developing and maintaining clear, practical training materials and resources Monitoring progress and sharing recommendations with clinical leaders and stakeholders Supporting adoption of Epic and related clinical technologies within assigned clinical areas Building and maintaining working relationships with clinical teams Maintaining working knowledge of Epic functionality and clinical workflows This is not a purely classroom-based training role. You'll spend a significant amount of time working directly with clinicians in real-world settings, helping identify and solve day-to-day workflow challenges as they arise. Education Current EpicCare Ambulatory Certification or the ability to obtain certification within 6 months of hire. AND Graduate from an accredited school for licensed practical nursing and possession of State Licensed Practical Nurse license•OR•Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and possession of State Registered Nurse license. (required to understand clinical workflows and effectively coach clinicians) 3+ years of clinical experience in an ambulatory setting Experience training, coaching, or supporting adult learners with varying levels of technical proficiency
Days:
Monday•Friday. Occasional evening or weekend hours may be required to support training project needs.
Hours:
8:00 AM•5:00 PM Experience Experience working directly with providers and clinical staff in a collaborative environment Experience building rapport and trust with clinicians through consistent communication and follow-through Experience supporting workflow improvements or practice changes in a clinical setting Experience supporting clinical teams through system and workflow changes Experience translating clinical workflows into practical, system-based processes or training Experience managing priorities and working independently in a dynamic environment•
Key Skills:
