In this role, you will support, configure, and optimize Epic MyChart and related patient engagement applications that enhance the patient experience and improve access to care. You will partner closely with clinical, operational, and technical teams to deliver solutions that support patient communication, digital access, and ambulatory workflows. This role requires a strong understanding of application support, workflow design, and system optimization within a healthcare environment.
