Job Description
Epic Testing Specialist (Temporary Full Time or Part Time ) Med Center Health is recruiting 8 temporary Epic Testing Specialists to support our Epic electronic health record (EHR) implementation. This temporary team will be responsible for performing comprehensive testing and validation of devices used with the Epic system, including workstations, laptops, tablets, printers, scanners, barcode scanners, label printers, signature pads, and other peripheral equipment. Team members will follow established testing procedures, document results, and report issues to help ensure all Epic-connected devices are fully functional and ready for implementation. This is a temporary assignment beginning September 14, 2026, and concluding November 6, 2026. Both full-time and part-time schedules are available. Testing activities are conducted Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Full-time employees must be available during these hours. Part-time employees must be available to work either alternating full days or a consistent morning or afternoon schedule within these hours. Minimum Qualifications Basic computer proficiency and experience using standard technology required. Ability to travel between healthcare facilities as needed. Valid Driver's License, Proof of Auto Insurance, and Motor Vehicle Record Check required. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow written instructions and standardized testing procedures. Effective communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently while meeting established productivity and quality expectations.
