Job Description
Trilogy Health Services is seeking an Admissions & Medical Records Nurse to support our senior living and long-term care residents. In this role, you'll coordinate new resident admissions, obtain and review medical histories, and ensure accurate, timely documentation in electronic health records. You'll collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, communicate with families and providers, and support care planning.
