O365 developers Must have: O365 developers with migration (tool based Metalogix, Dell etc..), testing, remediation and configuration expertise Should have very good communication skills, because the resource will be calls with end users approximately 50% of the time. Must be able to clearly understand issues and requirements and troubleshoot and diagnose and 4 years of SharePoint experience within IT industry.
