Clinical Informatics Consultant - Labor & Delivery / GE Centricity Perinatal / Meditech ???? Baltimore, MD 21229 (Onsite) ???? $75.00-$85.00/hr W2 ???? 3-Month Contract (Strong possibility of extension) ? Benefits available ? No C2C / No sponsorship ? Quick start upon hire preferred We are seeking a Clinical Informatics Consultant with strong Labor & Delivery workflow experience to support a high-priority clinical systems and documentation optimization initiative within a hospital environment in Baltimore, MD. This role will focus heavily on:
  • GE Centricity Perinatal (CPN)
  • Meditech Client Server
  • Labor & Delivery workflows
  • Clinical workflow optimization
  • Interoperability / data flow analysis
  • eCQM-related process improvement initiatives The ideal candidate will bring a combination of Clinical Informatics expertise and technical systems understanding with the ability to evaluate workflows, identify documentation inefficiencies, and collaborate closely with clinical and technical stakeholders in a fast-paced acute care setting.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and optimize Labor & Delivery documentation workflows
  • Analyze workflow inefficiencies and duplicate documentation challenges
  • Support and enhance GE Centricity Perinatal (CPN) workflows
  • Evaluate interoperability and data flow between systems
  • Coordinate testing and workflow validation activities
  • Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders
  • Support eCQM and regulatory reporting initiatives
Required Experience:
  • Strong Labor & Delivery clinical workflow experience
  • GE Centricity Perinatal (CPN) experience
  • Meditech Client Server experience
  • Clinical Informatics / workflow analysis background
  • Healthcare interoperability / data flow understanding
  • Acute care clinical systems experience
Preferred:
  • e
CQM / PC-02
experience
  • Medisolv exposure
  • Iatric interface or scripting exposure
  • RN or Nursing Informatics background with technical systems understanding ?
