Role:
We are seeking an experienced Epic Wisdom Lead to join our team at a leading academic medical center in the Northeast. In this role, you will lead the design, build, and optimization of the Epic Wisdom module, supporting dental and specialty workflows across the organization. You will serve as the functional lead and subject matter expert, partnering with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions that enhance patient care and operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end implementation and optimization of Epic Wisdom Serve as Build Lead and Onshore Coordinator, overseeing design, build, and delivery activities- Facilitate workflow analysis and design sessions with clinical and business stakeholders Translate requirements into functional specifications and system configurations Configure Epic Wisdom to support dental workflows, including scheduling, clinical documentation, billing, and patient experience Manage and coordinate offshore build teams, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables
- Support cutover planning and go live activities, including issue resolution and stabilization Provide ongoing post go live support, troubleshooting issues and driving continuous improvement
- Develop and deliver training programs and support knowledge transfer to internal teams
- Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, mentoring team members and promoting best practices

Active Epic Wisdom Certification Minimum of 5+ years of Epic Applications Analyst experience, with a strong focus on Wisdom Proven experience leading Epic build and implementation efforts Strong knowledge of Epic tools, workflows, and best practices Experience working in a clinical healthcare environment Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skillsPreferred Qualifications:
Experience in an academic medical center or large health system Familiarity with other Epic modules such as Cadence, Resolute, and MyChart- Experience with dental or specialty care workflows Agile delivery experience using Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid methodologies Prior experience mentoring or leading team members
