Job Description

Job Description This resource is responsible for supporting and optimizing EpicCare Ambulatory for outpatient specialty clinics. Day-to-day, they partner with providers and operational leaders to improve clinical workflows, build and maintain Epic functionality, troubleshoot user issues, support system upgrades and testing, and enhance documentation, scheduling, referrals, and patient care processes. They serve as a liaison between clinical staff and IT, ensuring Epic is configured to support efficient, high-quality patient care across the organization.
