•Support and troubleshoot diagnostic imaging and ancillary applications Perform testing, validation, and minor upgrade/project activities Monitor and troubleshoot HL7 interfaces and data flow issues Support DICOM workflows and imaging interoperability Maintain application configurations, access, templates, and security settings Troubleshoot operational issues impacting diagnostic workflows and data availability Support data extracts, loads, mappings, and validation activities Document system configurations, issues, and resolutions Provide technical support to clinical and operational users Collaborate with infrastructure, integration, and Epic Radiant teams
