Job Description
This position will assist in the building, design, and system upgrades of EPIC. The EPIC Application Analyst will provide support for the system including guidance of users at all COPC practice sites and facilities. The EPIC Application Analyst works closely with EHR (electronic health record) training team, management, physician offices, ancillary offices, and administrative staff to facilitate effective education and training on the EHR application. Full-time/Benefits Eligible Monday - Friday - 8 hours per day, possible weekend hours during upgrades twice a year Westerville, OH
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Assist with developing, implementing, and supporting Epic's Cadence and Prelude modules. Act as a resource for Epic questions and issues as they arise. Develop and maintain configuration and workflow documents for the Epic system. Assist with analysis of data (conversion, analytics, quality, root cause). Perform upgrade review, build and testing. Attend meetings and is accountable for actions items assigned. Interact with management and end users to understand workflow and business processes. Answer, track, and make calls to Central Ohio Primary Care Providers and personnel to provide support within Epic. Develop and maintain configuration decisions and workflow documents. Developing/facilitating a collaborative, positive team environment. Other duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of 5 years working withinEpic Required:
EPIC certification or obtain certification within 1 year of hireRequired:
