Standard EST business hours About the Opportunity We're seeking an experienced Senior Epic Cadence Analyst to join a growing Epic team and play a key role in supporting, optimizing, and enhancing Epic Cadence and patient communication workflows. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on Epic Hello World experience and understand how to leverage the platform to improve patient scheduling, communication, and engagement. What You'll Do Support, optimize, and enhance Epic Cadence functionality and scheduling workflows. Design, build, and support multi-channel patient communication workflows . Configure and support appointment reminders, confirmations, and other patient outreach. Work with SMS, email, voice, and MyChart messaging workflows. Partner with operational teams to improve the overall patient scheduling and communication experience. Support Epic upgrades, optimization initiatives, testing, and production support. Analyze system issues and develop effective solutions. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams while working independently on assigned initiatives. Required Qualifications Epic Cadence Certification - Required Hands-on Epic Hello World experience - Required Experience designing, building, and supporting multi-channel communication workflows . Strong understanding of Cadence scheduling workflows, appointment management, and patient access. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Preferred Qualifications Epic Hello World Certification Experience supporting Epic upgrades and optimization initiatives. Experience with testing and production support. Strong experience partnering with operational and clinical stakeholders.
