Clinical Applications Analyst SVC HS Information Technology - Pennsylvania-Pittsburgh - (26005390) The SVC Health Sciences IT Department is seeking a dedicated Clinical Application Analyst to join our dynamic team supporting the schools of health sciences. This position plays a critical role in the functional ownership, configuration, maintenance, and ongoing support of clinical applications, including Electronic Health Records (EHR) and related clinical tools integral to patient care and teaching workflows. To ensure success in this role, candidates should demonstrate the following essential and desirable qualifications.Required Skills:
- Customer service oriented.
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
- Solid understanding of clinical workflows with ability to translate operational needs into technical solutions.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical staff.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in creating user manuals and technical documentation for clinical applications. Preferred Skills
- Experience with EHR systems or clinical application support, preferably in an academic or healthcare setting.
