Full Job Description Position:

Epic Applications Analyst IV (Phoenix - Transplant)

Location:

San Franscisco, CA(Hybrid)

Requirements:

Epic Phoenix certification (required) Epic Ambulatory OR ClinDoc certification (required) 5+ years of Epic application analyst experience in healthcare environments Experience with multi-organ transplant centers across healthcare organizations Experience with Epic Phoenix implementation, workflow design, and optimization (not just support) Experience in outpatient transplant workflows including referrals, evaluation, and waitlist management Ability to work independently and drive initiatives with minimal oversight Experience with cross-functional coordination, escalation, and project support Proficiency in workflow analysis, process improvement, and operational standardization

Preferred:

Experience with Epic Phoenix billing workflows or revenue cycle integration (strong plus) Experience training end users and supporting adoption of Epic workflows Experience working within large health systems or enterprise EHR environments Ability to support change management and stakeholder alignment initiatives Experience partnering with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders

Pay:
