The ideal candidate will serve as a key resource for incident resolution, system enhancements, workflow improvements, and application performance optimization. The analyst must have strong Epic Lumens expertise and a proven track record supporting production environments. This role requires a hands-on analyst who can effectively manage support tickets, troubleshoot complex issues, collaborate with operational stakeholders, and ensure the stability and continuous improvement of the Epic Lumens application. Responsibilities Provide day-to-day support for Epic Lumens including ticket management, issue resolution, and break/fix activities. Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application, workflow, and integration issues. Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring issues. Support Epic upgrades, new releases, system testing, and validation activities. Identify opportunities for workflow optimization and application enhancements. Gather business requirements and translate them into system solutions and configuration changes. Configure, maintain, and support Epic Lumens functionality in accordance with organizational standards. Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical teams to support business objectives. Participate in system design sessions, change management activities, and production support processes. Develop and maintain application documentation, testing scripts, and support procedures. Provide end-user support and guidance regarding Epic Lumens functionality and best practices. Work closely with cross-functional Epic teams to ensure seamless application performance and integration. Required Qualifications Current Epic Lumens Certification (required). 3+ years of Epic Lumens analyst experience in a healthcare environment. Experience supporting production systems through incident management, break/fix, and enhancement requests. Hands-on experience with Epic upgrades, testing, and implementation activities. Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and operational processes. Experience managing support tickets in a structured support environment. Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications Additional Epic certifications are a plus. Experience with integrated Epic applications and workflows. Knowledge of change management and release management processes. Experience supporting large healthcare systems or multi-site organizations. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $85.00 - $95.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
