Job Description

If you want to make a difference, we want to hear from you. Job Summary The Principal Trainer serves as a project facilitator and adult education expert. The position is responsible for developing and maintaining training curricula that assure the user's understanding of the software, support policies and procedures, and workflows. The Principal Trainer is responsible for Epic applications and other software applications, to support the education needs of the workforce. This position builds, tests, and maintains the Epic training environment. The Principal Trainer will provide guidance and mentoring for the credentialed trainers. This position will collaborate with application build team leadership as well as the training manager to assess workforce education/training needs, and develop effective strategies to meet these needs.
Qualifications:
Must be credentialed in at least two major Epic applications In-depth knowledge of software functionality, and acquiring knowledge of applicable clinical/business workflows. Must have worked on at least one Epic project resulting in a go-live event. Industry related training experience (healthcare, information services, or within applicable area) Two years of experience in developing and editing curriculum. Must have provided floor support coverage for an Epic application, and demonstrated knowledge of workflows in additional applications during a go-live. While this position is remote, we're only able to hire candidates who reside in Georgia , Texas, Tennessee, North Carolina, Florida, South Carolina, Michigan, or Colorado.
