Job Summary:
We are seeking a senior-level Epic Training Strategist to partner with a well-known health system in Oklahoma to design and implement a future-state Epic End User Training program. This is not a traditional training manager role. The ideal candidate will serve as a strategic advisor responsible for assessing the current training model, building a sustainable training organization, establishing governance, and mentoring internal staff toward long-term ownership.
Responsibilities:
Assess current training program and develop a future-state strategic roadmap Recommend organizational structure, staffing model, and governance framework Define partnership between End User Training and Clinical Informatics Establish curriculum development and competency validation standards Support Epic upgrades, optimization, and Super User strategy Mentor internal Health IT staff toward sustainable program ownership
Education and Certifications:
Not specified. Ex-Epic preferred.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Senior or director-level experience leading enterprise Epic training strategy across multiple applications Background in Clinical Informatics or Provider Informatics highly desirable Proven track record influencing executive and clinical leadership Ability to travel as required
