Summary:
The Application System Analyst II serves as a liaison between system end-users, operational leaders, support resources, and vendors to design, build, optimize, and support assigned applications. This role is responsible for application support, optimization, troubleshooting, project implementation, and workflow analysis. The analyst collaborates with stakeholders to ensure applications meet operational and organizational needs while maintaining high-quality standards.
The ideal candidate possesses strong healthcare systems knowledge, technical expertise, project management capabilities, and excellent communication skills. They can independently implement and support medium- to high-complexity applications with minimal supervision.
