Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily dental laboratory workflow, scheduling, and case prioritizationOversee and support a team of dental technicians while ensuring quality standards are maintainedDesign and produce dental restorations, including:

Full-arch implant restorationsSingle-unit implant restorationsCrown and bridge casesPrinted and milled denturesPerform quality control checks to ensure accuracy, fit, function, and estheticsCoordinate cases from production through completion and deliveryMaintain organized laboratory processes and case tracking using laboratory management softwareSupport billing processes and ensure accurate case documentationIdentify opportunities to improve laboratory efficiency, expand services, and support growth initiatives

Preferred Experience:

5+ years of dental laboratory experience preferredExperience as a Dental Lab Manager, Lead Technician, Senior Dental Technician, or similar leadership roleStrong knowledge of dental restorations and implant workflowsExperience with CAD/CAM dentistry, digital workflows, milling, and 3D printingExperience with full-arch implant cases is highly preferredStrong ceramic skills are a plus, including:
