Scientific and Laboratory Informatics Manager - Sr. Manager

Overview What would you do? + Shape client's digital transformation vision, focus areas, and journey from the current state to a "to-be" enterprise environment. + Provide point-of-view on digital lab solutions to deliver on transformational goals along with strengths and weaknesses of various planning solutions. + Collaborate with senior client leaders to ensure buy-in to recommended solutions. + Serve as the planner/architect for a delivery initiative and oversee the design and implementation of digital lab solutions, processes, and operating model by leveraging Accenture's implementation methodology. + Actively manage risks to client engagements, practice performance, and brand/reputation + Proactively coach project resources to increase their knowledge and effectiveness + Help to develop and Scientific Informatics consulting portfolio through thought leadership and opportunity identification. + Manage business development opportunities to bring innovative solutions and ways of working to clients. + Build and apply technical, industry, organization, and functional knowledge to support efforts in selling opportunities to existing and new clients.

Here's What You Need:

+ 6+ Years of experience working in the field of scientific and laboratory informatics, within R D and/or QC Manufacturing spaces + Bachelor's Degree in a Laboratory Science / Life Science (e.g., Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, Microbiology) or Computer Science or Engineering (e.g., Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering) + Travel - candidates must be willing to travel up to 50% to client locations
