Responsibilities As the Blood Bank Laboratory Supervisor, you will oversee daily laboratory operations, driving quality improvement, staff development, and effective communication. You will ensure appropriate staffing, scheduling, and skill alignment to meet operational needs, while fostering strong interdepartmental relationships. This role includes supervising, evaluating, and mentoring staff, supporting ongoing training, and ensuring high-quality patient care. You will collaborate closely with other medical professionals and implement laboratory policies and programs, providing operational and leadership support in compliance with California regulations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Microbiology or Medical Technology.
