Good pay and benefits! Job Description What you will be doing: Microbiology Section Lab Supervisor Report to the Laboratory Director. Supervise one section of the Lab. Correctly perform technical procedures and Quality Control. Operate and maintain instrumentation. Take steps necessary to assure quality results. Perform other duties as needed. Promote the mission and philosophy of the hospital by acting in a caring, courteous, and confidential manner towards patients, visitors, colleagues, and staff. Perform duties and responsibilities according to the expected standards. Accept responsibility for the accuracy of work as dictated in Professional Standards as Clinical Laboratory Scientist or Health Care Workers. Maintain confidentiality of all reports. Maintain the integrity of identification of patient samples. Perform designated tasks to enable the laboratory to comply with all regulatory standards of Clinical and Anatomic Laboratories.

Experience you will need:

Microbiology Section Lab Supervisor Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology/Biological Science. Medical Technologist Internship. One to three years of experience preferred. California Clinical Laboratory Scientist license. ASCP Registry recommended. Our client asked me to submit 3 great people within the next few days.
