Position Summary The Manager of Clinical Laboratory is responsible for overseeing daily laboratory operations, ensuring high-quality standards, regulatory compliance, and efficient workflow. This role provides hands-on leadership to the accessioning and laboratory teams while driving performance, accuracy, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee daily clinical laboratory operations, including accessioning workflows Lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately 5 direct reports Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory, quality, and safety standards Monitor productivity, turnaround times, and quality metrics to meet operational goals Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and resolve operational issues Support hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management of laboratory staff Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and standard operating procedures Qualifications & Experience Prior leadership or supervisory experience required Prior experience in a clinical laboratory environment required Accessioning experience strongly preferred Proven ability to manage and support direct reports Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work full onsite during weekday day shifts
