Full Job Description Overview:

Under the supervision of the Laboratory Medical Director, the Director of Lab/Pathology Services assumes responsibility for implementation of the medical center's mission, goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:

The Director assumes responsibility for implementing and maintaining all department policies and procedures as mandated by The Joint Commission and other regulating agencies.

Qualifications:

Possession of a valid California Clinical Laboratory Scientist license. Bachelor's degree in clinical laboratory science. Master's degree preferred. Must have a minimum of five years' management experience in a clinical laboratory. Demonstrated leadership and management skills required.
