The Director of Cardiovascular Services will join a respected healthcare organization with a strong reputation for quality outcomes, patient safety, and collaborative leadership. Within Cardiovascular Services, the Director of Cardiovascular Services will oversee the Heart and Vascular program including the Cardiology Department, Cath Lab, and Cardio-Pulmonary Programs. The Director of Cardiovascular Services will lead operations across the cardiac catheterization lab, cardiology clinic, and cardio-pulmonary rehabilitation programs while advancing service line growth and strengthening physician engagement. It delivers big-system level capabilities in a community setting, giving clinicians access to advanced procedures, and a steady flow of impactful cardiac cases that keep the work dynamic and meaningful.

Reporting to executive leadership, the Director of Cardiovascular Services will work alongside physicians, nurse leaders, and interdisciplinary teams while supporting experienced managers and a dedicated clinical staff. This Director of Cardiovascular Services will play a key role in shaping long-term strategic initiatives, expanding access to care, and enhancing cardiovascular service line visibility within the region. While also offering strong operational support and a collaborative team focused on quality, efficiency, and patient-centered care.
