Baptist Health is seeking a Medical Imaging Manager to join our Diagnostic Imaging team at Baptist South in Jacksonville, FL . This is a Full-Time, Days opportunity working Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, with additional hours as needed to support department operations. As the Medical Imaging Manager, you will provide operational leadership for the Diagnostic Imaging department. While this is not a patient-facing role, you will play a critical part in supporting daily operations, ensuring staffing needs are met, managing departmental budgets, fostering employee engagement, and partnering closely with modality leads to drive high-quality patient care and operational excellence. The Medical Imaging Manager will be responsible for: Working under the direction of the Director of Diagnostic Imaging. Providing administrative leadership and day-to-day supervision of department operations. Managing staffing, scheduling, performance management, and employee development. Supporting the development and maintenance of departmental budgets. Assisting with recruitment, retention, and engagement of imaging personnel. Collaborating with modality leaders to ensure efficient workflow, quality outcomes, and exceptional patient care. Promoting a positive culture focused on teamwork, service excellence, and continuous improvement.
