Cath Lab Nurse Manager Location:

Conyers, GA We are seeking an experienced Cath Lab Nurse Manager to oversee clinical and operational activities for a busy procedural services department. The department has 3 Cath Lab suites and 1 special procedures room , averaging approximately 18 cases per day and supporting a team of about 60 employees . Responsibilities Lead and develop Cath Lab/procedural services staff Oversee daily department operations, staffing, and workflow Ensure quality, patient safety, and regulatory standards are met Partner with physicians and leadership to improve departmental performance Support growth and expansion of procedural services Procedures Include Diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization EP procedures, including cardioversion and pacemaker placement Vascular diagnostic and interventional procedures Pulmonary embolism treatments Interventional radiology procedures, including biopsies, ports, drains, LPs, paracentesis, and thoracentesis Cardiac imaging The department is also expanding its EP capabilities to include ablation procedures . Requirements Current RN license Cath Lab/procedural services experience Previous leadership or management experience Strong clinical and operational leadership skills BSN preferred Required certifications
