Job Summary The Healthcare, Lab & Pharma Solution Manager is responsible for shaping the strategy, roadmap, and deployment of HVAC, Building Automation, and Critical Environment Control solutions for healthcare, laboratory, and pharmaceutical facilities. As the company's subject matter expert, you will combine deep knowledge of mechanical systems, airflow management, room pressurization, environmental control, and critical environments with strong business acumen to develop innovative, differentiated solutions that improve patient safety, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, sustainability, and customer outcomes.

• Ensure the highest standards of solution quality, performanceSkills and Minimum Experience Required Education
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Automation, or a related technical discipline.
• MBA or business education is considered an asset. Experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC systems, Building Automation, healthcare facilities, laboratories, pharmaceutical environments, or critical environment controls.
• Experience with healthcare, laboratory, or pharmaceutical projects is highly desirable.
