We're looking for an individual who has excellent interpersonal skills, a team player and is a self-starter to supervise a busy blood center component manufacturing laboratory. Experience in blood component preparation is an asset but not required. Under the direction of the Manager of Operations, the Component Laboratory Supervisor (CLS) is responsible for performing, documenting and reviewing all tasks associated with the manufacture of blood components while managing staff, coordinating daily workflow and ensuring accurate and timely execution of tasks within the Component Laboratory.

• Coordinates and ensures detailed and timely execution of all tasks within the Component Laboratory area.
• Coordinates the staffing schedule and ensures that adequate staff are available to ensure efficient operation of the department.
• Interacts with team members in a positive and respectful manner while contributing to a friendly and fun environment.
