IRL Supervisor — Southwestern Idaho near Kuna A nonprofit blood services organization is hiring an Immunohematology Reference Laboratory Supervisor to lead daily operations in a specialized reference lab environment. This role oversees complex antibody identification, compatibility testing, and reference-level serologic work while supervising a team of technologists. You'll manage workflow, competency and training, quality and regulatory compliance, and serve as a technical resource for hospital clients calling in with difficult cases. MT, MLS, or CLS certification required. SBB certification preferred. Schedule is day shift, Monday through Friday, with on-call responsibilities. There is some flexibility in how the schedule is built. Relocation assistance and a sign-on bonus may be available. Pay is based on your experience. EOE.
