Job Requirements Crane, IN Top Secret/SCI Polygraph Unspecified Career Level not specified Salary not specified Join Premium to unlock estimated salaries Job Description MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Signal Intelligence Laboratory Manager to join our team working in Crane, IN. This is an onsite position. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Perform program management and/or technical business case analyses. Participate as a member of and/or support the assessment team during test events. Track program/project status and schedules, related to test events. Development of project level laboratory processes, standards, and procedures. Perform upkeep and maintenance of RF laboratory equipment to support scheduled/unscheduled system test requirements and verification/validation Development, maintenance, and reporting of detailed project level laboratory technical requirements and performance. Travel up to 25% for testing events
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline, or a High School Diploma and 6+ additional years of work experience, or an Associate's degree (with the same or similar curriculum focus) and 4+ additional years of work experience may be substituted in lieu of Bachelors degree. 3+ years of experience related to
Laboratory Technical Management Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) Navy
  • Cryptologic Technician (CT), Army
  • 35P, Air Force
  • 1N2X1 , Marine Corps SOCS-F.
Experience supporting Department of War programs or related organizations
Clearance Requirements:
U.S. Citizenship required and an active or current Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
Physical Requirements:
The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
