2017. Responsible for the validity and accuracy of test results and responsible for the quality control of all work stations in the laboratory. Develop, modify, verify and validate the methods and provide necessary training for the staffs. Monitor inventory control of all test stations to ensure an adequate supply at all times. Responsible for providing technical assistance. Provide ongoing development of laboratory personnel while ensuring balance and healthy workplace. Responsible in staff training and equipment maintenance. Assist in subcontracting work. Evaluation of new instrument and recommend for purchase Set up new testing method and provide necessary training for the staff Requirements Laboratory Skills Proficient in MS word, excel, powerpoint Familiar with equipment used in a bunker fuel testing laboratory Good communication skill
