Laboratory Director A well-respected community hospital located just outside of Goodland, Kansas, is seeking a Laboratory Director to join their team. Offering $84,300 - $163,000/annually + 6 months of housing assistance
Laboratory Director Opportunity:
Full-Time, Permanent, Direct-Hire opportunity

Laboratory Director Responsibilities:
Responsible for administrative direction: interviewing, hiring, orienting, inservices, performance evaluations and termination of employees Delegating specific technical and quality tasks while retaining ultimate accountability Overseeing quality control programs and proficiency testing results
Laboratory Director Qualifications:
Must have 5+ years of MT/MLT experience Must have a Bachelor's of Science in Medical Laboratory Science or a similar field Must have ASCP Certification as an
