Laboratory Director Alexandria, LA Full-time Full-time A regional medical center in Alexandria is seeking an experienced Laboratory Director to oversee all laboratory services and lead a dedicated team committed to delivering high-quality patient care. This leadership opportunity is responsible for the overall operation of the laboratory, including blood bank, chemistry and hematology, and microbiology services. The Laboratory Director provides strategic and operational leadership for the department, ensuring laboratory services are delivered safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards. This role oversees daily operations, establishes departmental goals, supports staff development, and promotes a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional excellence.
