Job Description
Description Account & Operations Management
- Oversee site operations in alignment with contract terms and Statement of Work
- Support account goals including revenue, growth, and retention
- Assist with contract renewals and account strategy execution Customer & Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Lead and present in quarterly business reviews
- Address customer concerns and drive issue resolution Asset & Service Management
- Manage asset inventory, service activities, and work orders in asset management systems
- Ensure accurate data entry for service requests, work orders, and POs
- Maintain CMMS data for onsite equipment and service records
- Review service reports and invoices for accuracy and compliance Compliance & Quality
- Ensure adherence to regulatory, compliance, and safety standards
- Monitor service quality, timeliness, and accuracy
- Support audit readiness and documentation requirements Continuous Improvement
- Track metrics and implement process improvements
- Participate in PPI (Practical Process Improvement) initiatives Site Support
- Escort engineers onsite and support lab access

- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
- 3-5 years of industry experience (Life Sciences, Healthcare, Biomedical, etc.)
- 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong understanding of laboratory operations and safety
- Experience in a customer-facing role
- Familiarity with CMMS or asset management systems
