Job Description The Laboratory Director coordinates and directs the administrative operation of the Laboratory Department to achieve accuracy and efficiency in testing, efficient delivery of laboratory services, ensures compliance with standards of laboratory regulating agencies, manages and utilizes resources, staff and materials consistent with organization mission statement. Work Experience Master's Degree (Required) Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of Master's degree; Bachelors required. ASCP Registration Ten years of laboratory experience, with at least five years progressive management experience. Strong Verbal and written Communications Skills, Excellent Interpersonal Skills, Proven Computer Skills (Microsoft Office) and working knowledge of Lab Information Systems, Excellent Organizational Skills, Strong Customer Service Skills, Proven Analytical Skills Experience in lab administration within a healthcare system is a plus. Compensation Pay Range:
