This position will supervise the Bioburden Department. What You'll Do as a Laboratory Supervisor Supervises workflow and technical staff in execution of Laboratory testing, in support of regulatory and quality system compliance to meet Customer specifications. 50-70% Mentors and develops staff for future opportunities 10-20% Provides regular feedback to staff on performance. 5% Ensures purchasing of laboratory supplies meets departmental needs and approves purchase requisitions. 5% Identifies operational opportunities for improvement to efficiency, quality and/or cost. 5%
