At a 108-bed acute-care campus, the Hospital Laboratory Manager will help a right-sized hospital stay nimble and collaborative while serving ED, ICU, OR, inpatient, and robust outpatient/clinic volumes, reflecting the hallmarks of a trusted regional hospital, a leading community hospital, a community centered hospital, and a top regional healthcare provider, with interdisciplinary teams that value rapid turnaround, stewardship, and patient-centered service.
Reporting to an experienced Director of Laboratory, the Hospital Laboratory Manager will lead technical supervisors, MLS/MLT staff, phlebotomy, and support roles across chemistry, hematology, coagulation, urinalysis, microbiology, transfusion services, and point-of-care, driving daily operations, staffing and scheduling, budget management, inventory and vendor relations, proficiency testing, method validation, quality dashboards, and continuous regulatory readiness aligned to
CLIA/CAP/TJC
