- Are you a master of the electronics lab who loves to lead by example? BAE Systems is seeking an Electrical Prototyping Lab Manager to run the show at our Minneapolis prototype facility. If you are as comfortable with a soldering iron as you are with a team spreadsheet, we want to talk to you.
The Role:
- This isn't a "desk job." You'll be on the floor, in the thick of the action, directing a team of skilled assemblers and technicians. You will ensure our prototype environment runs like a well-oiled machinesafe, secure, and hyper-efficient.

Physical Requirements:
- This role requires regular presence in a manufacturing or fabrication environment. The incumbent must be able to access and safely navigate production areas which may include climbing, kneeling, stooping, and working in confined spaces. Must also be able to comply with all requirements including the use of required personal protective equipment (PPE) in accordance with company policy.
- Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- + Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Industrial Field and 6 years experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

Full-Time Salary Range:
$118095 - $200762 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.Employee Benefits:
