Full Job Description Shift:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM Are you ready to work making the world a safer, healthier place? This is a full-time, onsite, Raw Materials Group Leader position located in Oakdale, MN, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.

Compensation:
$60,000.00- $70,000.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Supervises staff, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, compensation recommendations, and performance management. Ensures employees have the training, tools, information, and materials needed to safely and effectively perform their responsibilities. Oversees broad operational areas including testing, scheduling, inventory, services, communication, and coordination of lab and field activities; provides technical and quality support to staff and clients. Assigns training, laboratory, and facility duties and monitors completion to ensure timeliness and accuracy. Documents client requirements clearly using appropriate formats (e.g., deviations, project logs, project requirements). Serves as primary liaison between Pace and the client; provides status updates and coordinates responses to feedback. Ensures accuracy of tests, databases, and reports through audits, queries, and operational reviews; resolves discrepancies with teams. Assists with equipment and facility maintenance and troubleshooting. Participates in writing, reviewing, and approving SOPs, calibration procedures, validation protocols, maintenance procedures, and related documentation. Oversees and reviews testing processes, forms, databases, and related materials. Provides analysis and guidance to staff and leadership regarding policies, programs, and operational practices. Reviews operational data and trends, develops insights, and presents recommendations to management. Supports development of departmental or cross-functional projects, including budgets, timelines, materials, and staffing. Ensures compliance with Pace and regulatory requirements; partners with Quality Assurance to enforce quality procedures. Contributes to team effectiveness by offering suggestions and actively participating in work teams. Promotes a positive and collaborative work environment through professional and respectful interactions.QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a closely related field; AND five (5) years of laboratory, field, or testing experience, including experience with complex operations; OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Two (2) years of team leadership experience strongly preferred.REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
