About this position The Manager, Cardiac Catheterization Lab provides operational and clinical leadership for the cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology laboratories and associated invasive/noninvasive procedural areas. This role is responsible for staffing, throughput, patient safety, quality outcomes, regulatory readiness, fiscal stewardship, and interdisciplinary collaboration to deliver high-quality cardiovascular care for diagnostic and interventional procedures. Requirements Education
  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing required
  • Bachelor's degree in health care, management, or nursing required
  • Master's Degree preferred Experience Experience
  • At least seven (7) years of work experience in cardiovascular procedural and surgical areas
  • At least five (5) years of progressive leadership experience Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Demonstrated leadership, communication and interpersonal skills required.
  • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal and telephone communication skills. Licensure/Certification
  • Current RN license in state of Minnesota State Requirement

Salary Range:
R39 ($74.81 - $93.52), based on experience
Shift Differential:
Compensation may include shift differential pay depending on the position and shift worked.
