Opens a new window. The Senior Director of Professional Services has overall administrative accountability for Professional Services according to the mission and vision of NKC Health. Provides strategic, operational, and financial leadership across multiple hospital-based service lines, including Laboratory, Radiology, Wound Care & Hyperbaric Medicine, Cardiac Services (Cath Lab and Non-Invasive Cardiology), Neurodiagnostic & Vascular Lab, Interventional Radiology, and Rehabilitation Services (Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech-Language Pathology). This role ensures high-quality, patient-centered care delivery, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and growth of service lines aligned with organizational goals. EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 8 years of healthcare leadership experience. Proven experience managing multiple ancillary and diagnostic service lines. Strong background in financial management, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance.
