- Job Summary and Qualifications
- The Manager for the Cath & EP Labs, oversees the performance, daily operations, programs, and activities consistent with Senior Leadership's objectives.
- What qualifications you will need:
Required Education:
- BSN or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related healthcare field
Preferred Education:
- MSN or Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration or related healthcare field. Must obtain within 3 years of hire.
Required License:
- RN or appropriate registry for Technologist. RN, Cardiovascular Tech or Rad Tech preferred.
Required Certification:
- Certification in Leadership or Clinical Subspecialty required within 2 years of hire. RCIS or RCES credentials preferred.
Required Experience:
- Strong operations experience with three years of technical and progressive leadership experience in area. Demonstrated excellence in staff and physician relationship management. Financial management skills including budget development, capital budgeting, productivity management. Proficient with computer software programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet and Intranet software, e-mail.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with Electronic Medical Record system(s) and Cardiovascular IT software.
